Supported the team Manufacturing Engineering for the Falcon Payload Attach Fitting (PAF) and Payload Adapters (PLA). 

Developed and executed trade studies to improve avionics harnessing mounts on composite PAF structures. Qualified and implemented process changes to reduce manufacturing time while maintaining flight qualification. 

Developed, issued, and supported dispositions and rework procedures for non-conformances on flight-rated components. Wrote integration work instructions supporting Transporter, Bandwagon, and SDA-T1TL missions.
